58 Hour Dry Fast Results…NO FOOD NO WATER!!!

This was my first glass of water after completing a 58 hour dry fast…meaning I had absolutely no food or water for over 2 days!!⠀

Besides my being crazy, yep I already knew that, there are actually many many many extraordinary benefits to dry fasting, just do your research!⠀

When you dry fast your body goes into a survival mode where it cuts off all unnecessary energy expenditures. Your body stops feeding the parasites within you, stops hydrating inflammation within your body, stops feeding viruses, and infections.⠀

When dry fasting in a systematic manner your body heals itself quicker and more powerfully than almost any other method on the planet.⠀

Now before you decide to do a dry fast PLEASE research this subject heavily so you know what you’re doing, have an accountability buddy so you can monitor each other’s progress, and start small…maybe on your first attempt do a half a day of dry fasting, and then next time increase to a full day, and be smart about it. I was willing to end my dry fast at any moment, I paid attention to how I was feeling and ended at 58 hours which I felt was when I was ready to stop.⠀

My goal by the end of the year will be to complete a 72 hour dry fast…which I know sounds crazy, but there have been plenty of folks who have completed 7-10 day dry fasts…literally defying what is possible!⠀
