My 24 Hour Dry Fast Results – NO FOOD NO WATER

Just completed my first ever 24 hour dry fast!

One full day without any food or water!

I’ve been fasting for years, all kinds of fasts, but have never completed a dry fast.

After researching extensively about the many health benefits of dry fasting I decided to go for it.

Surprisingly it was much easier than I anticipated!

I had lots of energy, even trained for two hours, and woke up this morning feeling incredible! Had the best sleep ever!

You can see from my sleep graph that I slept in a constant state of rest and relaxation! Normally when I sleep there are lots of waves in the graph as you can see from the previous nights graph; however, last night I slept like a baby!

I woke up not feeling thirsty at all…I feel like I could easily do another day.

My goal by the end of the year is to complete a 3 day dry fast.

Dry fasting reduces inflammation in the body, hydrates the body (I know this sounds crazy lol), and detoxes the body on overdrive.

One day of dry fasting is the equivalent benefit of doing a 3 day water fast! Dry fasting really is the king of fasting.

Do yourself a favor and research on YouTube about the many health benefits of dry fasting!

Oh and I also lost a whopping 8 lbs in that one day ? which is definitely a record for the most weight dropped in a day!

Now just a word of caution, if you’ve never fasted before then I wouldn’t start with a dry fast. I’ve been fasting for years so I already had the mindset. If you want to do this then make sure you plan it out and also have someone to monitor you to make sure you’re safe and okay.
