My 7 Day DEEP Cleanse Transformation / Solid Food Vacation / Detox / Juice Fast Results!

 

I made it!!!  I just finished putting a video together documenting my journey.  My brain feels on fire!  i feel so energetic! I quit coffee at the same time and can’t believe how good I feel!  I feel so much more productive and ALIVE!
I did a water enema yesterday and a coffee enema today.  I did a coffee enema today to have a more extreme result since it was the final day to help flush out any last stuff in my digestive system.
I feel phenomenal! Trained jiu jitsu 3x, did a hot yoga class, did a backyard workout routine, and also did a 15 mile bike ride throughout this week!  Killed it!  I’m not even craving junk food, I’m craving healthy foods.  I stocked up on fruits and veggies.  Tomorrow I’m going to break the fast by eating a pound of prunes that I’m soaking overnight.
Next year I want to do a longer solid food vacation….14 days
A tip for next year is that I should definitely have a juicer so that I can juice and consume even more juices (calories) since it will be a longer fast.

  • clean out the digestive system
What I experienced
  • I’ve fasted and cleansed before so I kinda knew what to expect, just never for this long
  • The first couple of days were the toughest, I found myself feeling really tired near the end of the day, but that could have been from a combination of things from withdrawals from caffeine, withdrawals from food
  • Bowel movements stopped around day 4 and started doing enemas
  • the weirdest thing is how happy I felt, couldn’t stop smiling
  • and also, felt smarter day by day.  Brain fog completely disappeared.
How
  • was consuming about about 4-6 servings a day of a juice called Cleanse For Life as well as cold pressed juices that I picked up from local juice bars.
  • also supplemented with adaptogenic herbs
  • No solid foods at all.  Did not chew anything for 7 days.
Final thoughts
  • definitely going to make this an annual routine, next year will try to go even longer, perhaps about 2 weeks 14 days
